The three HealthSpots of the Hellenic Healthcare Group (HHG) were inaugurated, opening their gates in central Attica, in Kifissia, Peristeri and Glyfada, while the fourth HealthSpot in Piraeus (operating within the PPA for travelers only) started its operation. The goal of the HealthSpots is to become the "plus" in health, offering high quality diagnostic services and personalized treatment with emphasis on the value of prevention.

The inauguration events were held in the presence of representatives of the HHG Group, and physicians from the Group's hospitals. In fact, during the inauguration of the HealthSpot in Glyfada and in the context of HHG Group's social responsibility, a financial donation was announced to representatives of ELEPAP for the needs of the children.
Staffed with specialized and distinguished physicians, experienced nursing and paramedical staff and equipped with cutting-edge technology, HealthSpots utilize new digital technologies to provide direct and optimal service to the public. Scheduling appointments, receiving test results and many other services are performed digitally, ensuring speed, efficiency and security.

The HealthSpots also utilize the innovative digital applications of HHG such as the Personal Health Folder my-Ygeia and the  Digital clinic. The Personal Health Folder my-Ygeia is a digital storage and management application for medical examinations and data, through which the user has direct and easy access to his/her medical records from examinations performed at the Group's hospitals. The Digital Clinic is also a digital application that offers remote diagnosis, prescription and referral of tests, as well as the ability to schedule medical appointments.

Another innovation of the HealthSpots is the open communication with the six HHG Group hospitals (Hygeia, Metropolitan Hospital, Mitera, Metropolitan GeneralLeto and Creta InterClinic). Patients can contact - in person or digitally - an HHG hospital doctor for an initial assessment or referral for further tests.
